Oregon Real Estate Law:
I handle all areas of transactional real estate as well as various construction and land use issues. I have
drafted all types of real estate documents from Leases to Land Sale Contracts and have handled numerous 1031
exchanges as well as overseeing the legal end of construction projects. I sold commercial real estate for nine
years prior to becoming an attorney and have represented both brokers and parties to different transactions.

I handle all types of business issues from the buying and selling of businesses to the drafting of employment agreements.
I have represented both parties in labor disputes and pride myself on my ability to settle problems for my clients without
