on industrial, commercial, apartments and shopping centers for local developers such as Oregon Pacific, Schnitzer Family
Properties and all of the Goodman Properties (most of downtown Portland) to national companies like Tyco. I am a life long
resident of Portland with connections to all most every real estate magnate in the area.
